Many problems are a result of your subconscious mind trying to act in your best interests, but using incorrect, outdated or incomplete information. This creates a conflict between what you want to do and what you actually do.

How I work
I invest a great deal of personal energy into each client I work with, and because changes are made subconsciously, lasting results can often be achieved quickly and easily – often in just a few hours with a Breakthrough Session.
That said, it’s important to remember that hypnosis isn’t mind control or a miracle cure… I can’t just “put you under and fix you”. That’s just a hollywood fantasy.
Instead, think of hypnosis as a state of highly focussed concentration, which allows you, with my help, to think about things in a different way and find solutions to your internal conflicts.
A typical course of treatment is 3-6 sessions, depending on the complexity of the issue(s).
In many cases, it helps to start with an intensive breakthrough session to kickstart progress in a short period of time, and in many cases, this is all that is needed.
Alternatively, if you’d rather spread payments, are coming back for a “top up”, or you have a few different issues, you can just go straight to our pay-as-you-go sessions.
