The other day, I found this great little video. It uses jelly beans to show you the value of your time and how precious each moment of your life is.
In my work, I often help people overcome their limitations, so they can enjoy life more fully.
Perhaps it’s a fear or phobia that stops them enjoying everyday things in life, such agoraphobia or anxiety about needing the toilet that stops them going out in public places.
Or a lack of self-esteem that stops them from going for that promotion or asking for that date.
Or nerves which make it impossible to give that speech or take that exam.
Hundreds of people with hundreds of different issues. But they all have one thing in common.
Their limitation is robbing them of valuable jelly beans.
Most cases involving fear, anxiety, confidence or self-esteem can be overcome pretty quickly, so it’s pretty sad when I find some people have struggled on for years.
But it’s never too late to start enjoying the jelly beans you have left.
So what are you going to do today?
